Studio Description: I hand build porcelain bowls in the palm of my hand as well hand form bud vases, small trays and dishes. Bowls are as small as one inch diameter to 8 “. Currently I only glaze my work in shades of white as I feel that best shows off their unique shapes and details. While all my pieces are thin porcelain, they are functional. My goal is to bring beauty into people’s lives–beautiful forms that are wonderful to touch and use, whether a bud vase for a single flower, or a bowl that will hold a mound of icecream or soup…or even a little grouping of rings. Whatever is put in these will look better and feel special. |
