Studio Description:
Studio and gallery are in my home. Please make appointment in advance. Inspiration for my hand built sculptures comes from art historical, musical, and literary sources, and often fresh produce. Much of my artwork is narrative and based on trompe l’oeil and still life traditions. Yale University graduate. Ceramic artist and teacher. Works are in five museums as well as private collections across the country. Publications include Ceramics Monthly, Ceramics Art and Perception, 500 Figures in Clay, and Confrontational Ceramics.
