Studio Description: I have been a Ceramic Artist working in Seattle since 1969. I work primarily in porcelain on the potter’s wheel. For many years I have used over glaze brushwork on a clear glaze. More recently I have been also using a black Matte glaze to contrast the white porcelain surface with poured biomorphic shapes. At present I am also exploring social, environmental and political issues with my “Mandelbrot Set” plates.
