Studio Description: I am both a painter and a potter. I began my art training in advertising design and illustration in southern California. I also did ceramics and had a small studio but left my wheel and kilns behind when my husband and I moved to Fort Bragg in 1975. I became interested in calligraphy and papermaking, and participated in a papermaking guild for a number of years. We finally built a studio here and now I am painting and potting again. We have a Japanese-style garden and koi pond from which I am constantly getting inspiration. You can find my work at Edgewater and Prentice Galleries in Fort Bragg, Mendocino Art Center and Artists Cooperative of Mendocino.
