Studio Description:
I am a recent MFA graduate from the NYSCC at Alfred University. Since graduating in 2007, I have been working full-time as a Resident Artist at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia, PA. I have spent this recent time concentrating on my creative practice and development as an emerging artist/maker of contemporary craft. My creative work is currently invested in aspects of narrative, abstraction, and visual display as they relate to ceramic materials and methodology. I have been exploring such concerns through the genre of the figurine, and my work is generally small, intimate, and unassuming.
