    I love the work of Carl Erickson and am deeply saddened to learn that he has cancer. My thoughts and prayers go out to Carl and his family. His studio on North Main in Stillwater Minnesota was always one of my favorite stops when I was in the area. I have purchased several pieces of his work and had hoped to buy more this past October. His webpages explain why he was absent. As a potter who has struggled with porcelain on and off I have great respect for his work. For those of you not familiar with his work I highly recommend that you look at his website.
