In addition, no artist may receive more than $50,000 in McKnight support in any three-year period.

Eligibility Requirements: Eligibility is restricted to clay artists who have completed all formal academic training by the start of the grant period (April 1, 2010), who are not enrolled either full- or part-time in degree-granting institutions (including B.A., M.F.A., and teaching certification programs), who are not employed full-time as ceramics teachers at the college level, and who meet residency requirements. The project grants require at least six months of residency in Minnesota prior to the application deadline. Artists who have previously received a Jerome NCC Artist Project Grant cannot apply again until three years after the date of their award. (A 2009 award recipient cannot apply again until the 2012 Project Grant cycle.)
