About Me
I work slab clay and make Windchimes, hanging Birdfeeders/Birdbaths.
Started out doing slip cast work after taking a class on pouring some 40 odd years ago. Got tired of recreating someone elses designs and coloring them in after about 25 years. Then a friend gave me a block of clay and I went a little crazy. Still mad as a hatter to this day.
I travel and do shows all over the country, people ask when I plan to retire, my reply is when you find my body draped over my slab roller (and I'm not sleeping) I will have retired.
You can see some of my work on Etsy if you type in Stoneware Windchimes. Never thought all those years ago I would grow up and make my living playing in the dirt, come to think about it guess that proves I have never completly grown up, still a kid at heart.
