About Me

I am a retired journalist/paralegal. Spent approximately 20 years in each profession. After my husband passed away in 2002 I decided to go back to school and finish my education. Currently I am studying for my BFA in ceramics at Texas A&M University. Although I am only in my second semester of ceramics I am thoroughly enjoying myself. I wake up each morning wondering what new something I will learn today...In ceramics there is always some new tip or technique to be learned. I got a late start but hope to be able to play catch up real soon. I went to my first NCECA conference last Spring in Philadelphia and am looking forward to my second one in Tampa next Spring. Maybe I will see some of you there.
