I'm a home potter that fell in love with the muddy science in college while escorting my then girlfriend to the ceramic studio.
She refused to allow me to sit and read my books and sat me at the wheel. It wasn't long before I was fully intoxicated by the process.
Years went by and I picked it up again. I do mostly saggar and horsehair firing now and love the variations you get from the process.
