About Me

I'm a "hobby" potter but that doesn't make me a bad person. I'm not precious about my work and welcome constructive criticism, (I have to be thick-skinned with my family who are brutally honest). I love chatting with other potters but have no time for those who are "secretive" about their techniques etc. I am moving to rural France next month which will be hard in some ways (I won't get to see my daughters as often) but that said, I am really looking forward to the lifestyle change.
I also dabble a little in water-colour painting but am definitely a better potter than painter.
I just like the idea of people using my pots when I'm long gone and someone saying, "your grandma/great grandma made that"
