Hello to all members of Ceramic Arts daily.

My name is Giang, I'm from the Lotus Bonsai studio based currently in France. My main activity is about clay and trees. So let me present you some my creations:

these are very nice! They appear to be small but the bird one has me second guessing size... how do they scale?

@How do I grow moss on the little hill, in bonsai, we call this composition 'kokedama' (moss- jade ball). If you dont mind, please check this little link on my page, I I put a little note about growing moss. http://www.lotus-bon...a2012PAGE1.html

@ the size of the red cranes is 4.5cm, white fine Paris clay, black and red under velvet glazed, First firing at 500°C, cooling 48h, Second firing at 1210°C, cooling 48h. I make this size for 6.5cm mud bonsai-penjning figurines.

this is the way how i make bonsai accent figurines everyday in my studio
Fine Barcelona black clay and Yixing brown clay, first firing at 500°C, second firing at 1210°C during 12 hours. Boat 22x3x2cm, mudman figurine 6.5cm
