Has anyone seen this website: journalofmoderncraft.com ? I can't actually afford a subscription, but it looks quite interesting and there are a few free articles each issue...

That is very pricey. It is an academic journal probably targeted for University Libraries.
Maybe you should check with one. I read some of the posts. It is very academic.
