Just wanted to share a nice experience and a good customer service:
I bought a new "L&L" kiln (Neil Estrick, who is the distributer at the "L&L", helped me).
It looks like a well engineered kiln, with a well written manual, good customer support.
I assembled it by myself using the You-tube video from the "L&L".
The explanations were so clear, I could've done it with my eyes closed.
Love it! Thank you Neil!
