Looking for Potter in Chicago With Decal Application Experinece

I hope this is an appropriate post for this forum. I am starting a business and am looking for a potter with experience placing decals on pre-made pottery and then firing them. To cut down on costs on shipping, I'd love this potter to be in Chicago. I'm not positive as I am still in early stages of development, but might have a couple hundred pieces to be made. Time-frame to complete the task would be liberal--several weeks of notice.
