full disclosure, I work for them, but alligator clay in baton rouge (aka southern pottery) will also mix glazes--materials cost + 10 dollar mix fee I believe. (http://www.alligatorclay.com)

Mixing your own will be much cheaper, especially after you figure in the shipping cost...
