I'm having the WORST time with my dipping glazes. i can't get them to come out smooth no matter what i do.
so i thought id try an airbrush.
any thoughts on what i need to look for?
i know nothing about airbrushes and compressors.
i need cheap and easy!

Not sure why you are having a problem dipping. An air brushing is nice for accenting colors. (see Martha Grover's edges done with airbrushing).
But to get a glaze on thick enough and quickly look into low pressure high volume spayers. I use an EZ spray system with a compressor. You need 25 psi.

For less than 100$ at harbor freight you can get a low pressure high volume sprayer that needs no compressor.
My airbrush is a paasche which I've used for 35+ years its not for applying glazes just detail work.
