I'm slip-casting hundreds of 4" circles (pot feet) in one piece plaster molds. Each one is a little different, and that's ok, but they come out with a sharp, irregular lip, as that lip forms at the top of the pour. I need to simply shape or easy these lips, lots of em. I'm willing to build any sort of jig or tool to do this. Suggestions?

You could sand them on a large sanding disc that attaches to a power wheel head when they are at the right moisture content. You could use a sure form then sponge you could use a power sponge after cutting them (this is a 500$ tool)
You could chuck them on power wheel and trim lips(fastest way I think)

All this takes time I suggest in the long run making a better mold ( a two piece with the rim/lip as the top with a hole in to dump out the slip)that makes the rim smooth from the start.Happy trimming-
