Anyone got a reliable EARTHENWARE recipe for a Clear Glaze and a White Glaze. Both for functional wares.

You are asking a simple question that is incredibly tough to answer ... Closest accurate answer is ... it all depends.
What is your clay body? What temp will you be firing it to? What kind of kiln ... Oxidation or reduction?
