I would like to know a way/method to bring down the maturing temperature of a porcelain body and its glaze.

There was a good article in Ceramics Monthly in January of this year or December of last year by Dave Finklenburg. If you know the chemical composition of your porcelain, you can adjust the fluxes. Same for the glazes.
