New Jersey City University, NJCU College of Arts and Sciences, Art Department, Tenure-track Position, Ceramics/3D Media and Design. The Art Department invites applications for tenure-track faculty appointment (at assistant, associate or full professor) commencing September 1, 2015. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of the maintenance and operation of a robust ceramics area with both traditional and contemporary methodologies and facilities. Primary skills should include hand-building, wheel-throwing, glaze chemistry and mold making. Additional knowledge of warm glass processes, 3D modeling/printing, and/or new media is also desirable. An M.F.A or related terminal degree is preferred.
