Studio Description: My work is fired to cone 10 in a propane updraft kiln in an oxidizing atmosphere. I produce a variety of functional items. I am currently fascinated with working with colored clay. I’ve been a professional potter for 25 years. I’m largely self-taught and have followed some unconventional paths in my work, such as cone 10 oxidation glaze development and firing and low fire reduction red glazes. |
