How exciting would it be to host a conference built around a theme that truly gets you energized. A conference is an opportunity to gather your own community of associates and fellow artists in one setting to share techniques and presentations that you would be hard-pressed to find any other place.
Karen Newgard, presenter at the upcoming Lexington, Kentucky conference will explain her process of image and icon development and how she builds a body of work. She will work on different forms demonstrating her techniques for carving, sgraffitio, sprigs, and mishima.

As of March 2012, two of the board members terms will be expiring; Chris Campbell (serving as Past-President) and Paul Andrew Wandless (Vice-President). We as members of the board and members of Potters Council would like to thank both for their excellent service in building Potters Council into the remarkable organization it is today. Both of them have truly made a difference! From now and until March 1, 2012 you (PC members) will be asked to vote for the new Members of the Board.
